Just hope we compete! To early to be putting pressure on the 2017 team, a lot of holes to fill but the future does look bright, We have a huge freshman class coming up 27 from what I have heard and finally some size, Teams like GB have always given us problems but when you have athletes combined with size it's a deadly combination at the 1A level. If we can keep this coaching staff intact and with Our present strength Coach working with our youngsters it's going to be fun watching this unfold!

I somewhat agree with what your saying but at the same time you have to look at it like this. We got beat this year by GB and it wouldn't have mattered if we played Tyner or other high caliber teams because we simply didn't have the players to compete through a brutal schedule like that. It's good for the fans to watch those type of games but bad on the players health at a 1A school with low numbers. I do agree to having about 3 tough games in the regular season. This year we only had 2 so it was okay. We just don't need to be playing the sale creeks every week to prepare for the playoffs.

Tyner is very similar to us. I think it would be a good game to schedule.

No one from our staff should be going anywhere.

It don't matter that their numbers are low. I bet most kids on that roster are better than a lot of other teams starters. As long as coach grider stays put South Pitt will always compete with the top teams in the state in most divisions.
