Hillwood high school is moving

Welp the school board voted today to move Hillwood HS to Bellevue. It should be up and running by 2019. Just curious to how the zoning would be done. Wondering if Pearl Cohn numbers will go back up. Still think it's ridiculous that kids in West Nashville that 5-8 mins from PC go to Hillsboro and Hillwood but I do understand why it was done. Will Hillwood numbers drop?

from what I understand it used to be a Bellevue high and it was tore down. Idk if they will rename it after they move

Bellevue high was what is now the middle school if I'm not mistaken. Not sure how it will affect zoning but if you remember a few years ago they tried adjusting the zones and we're met with a lawsuit.

Sounds like Chattanooga Central HS. From 1907 to 1968 was in the city center, 1969 to now in Harrison in the east part of the county near the lakes. Nothing central about it. Calling it Harrison with a new mascot would have given it a lot more identity than claiming football titles another community won in the 40s through 60s.
