If we don't play better than the last 2 weeks then we will be leavin Jamestown with an L. That is a very tough place to play. We better show up ready to play against York, zebras, and whatever else they can come up with down yonder.

That's the truth! They do things different down there. I remember when Scott played them in the 2009/2010 season and we got every call against us that was possible (and impossible quite frankly). This is when their stands were condemned and they placed their temporary away bleachers on one side of the field at one endzone within a closed off fence (I kid you not, you can't make this stuff up). It was like they caged our fans up like a bunch of wild animals. I was waiting for them to throw over some raw steak, so we could all fight over it. Then at the end of the game Scott made a 20 yardish TD pass ran in by Nathan Griffith and get this... They called holding at the one yard line right before he ran in. So the td got called back and it went into overtime. Scott kicked a Field goal to send it into a second overtime but they called no good when it was clearly through the uprights. I'm one to not complain about reffing, but that was the craziest thing I've ever seen in a high school football game. Never seen anything like it again till this date.

I always pull for Oneida but I.m afraid you,re on top of this one.

Oneida's strength is what York eats for breakfast. They are a physical bunch. Oneida beat a non physical Harriman team 13-7 the same Harriman team Sunbright just beat 42-27. I know it's hard to compare scores but I think it will be a long night for Oneida.

We've played and scrimmaged YAI for years off and on. They're a physical bunch, always are. That part doesn't bother me at all with this group but our lack of offensive variety and our predisposition of giving up big splash plays does. It's not gonna be a gimme either way but YAI isn't a group to take lightly.
