2A Region 3 & 4 Playoff Match Up’s

JC should be the sole focus.. the season has been very good. Only one ugly win against east Robertson and one bad loss to Macon who could be Region champs in their region in 4A. But I agree also we need a win for some momentum for a playoff run. One week to playoff time!

As TC fan I just want a win with no injuries some games you never know what TC team you will get but that has more with being such a young team I still think they will make a deep playoff run this year

Tyner should take care of Jackson County easily next week. Marion County should beat Westmoreland by 40 plus. Trousdale should beat Bledsoe by 50 and Polk County will lose by 28 or so to H2O Town.

Marion County shouldn't expect to go in and beat Westmoreland by 40 plus.

Westmoreland went 5-5. The had wins by 33, 42, 44 and 53. They had 3 losses that were by a touchdown or less. They lost by 3 to 4A Macon County (7-3). They lost by 28 to 4A Livingston Academy (8-2). They lost by 3 to Watertown (8-2). They lost by 36 to Trousdale Co. (7-3) in a game where they had some key injuries. They lost by 8 to Jo Byrns (8-2) in the infamous referee game where they had something insane like 286 penalty yards seriously the worst officiating I've ever seen in any sporting event.

Bottom line Westmoreland is better than the record indicates. Marion County will still beat them but don't count on it being a huge blowout.

I don't think it will be a blow out but Marion by 2 scores at least.

I believe they will have no answer for Saylors. The kid is absolutely special.

I wish there was going to be a decent game out of these 2 regions so I didn’t have to drive so far for a good game. I don’t think Sequatchie/Red Bank will be a game. May go to Science Hill/Cleveland......

But what if it is a blow out, then what?  I know we have beaten them bad the last couple of years, but it seems to have been fairly competitive until turnovers did them in.

Well, sorry to upset you but i will be there rooting on the Warriors just like you, except i dont have blinders on i guess.  Tell me, how do i put them down all the time and what have i said that is untrue.  I love my son more than anything, but when he does something wrong i dont look the other way like he didnt do anything, he hets in trouble.  I am a realist and some people dont like that.  I think if Marion beats Tc that they will go to Cookeville,  i dont think Tyner can beat them again and i dont think Meigs can beat us.  With our struggles on defense this year i think we will have to get some favorable bounces in that second round game.   If you dont think so then that is your opinion i guess.

It’s possible for MC to blow out Westmoreland but I have only seen Westmoreland play I haven’t seen MC play it’s simple if MC stops Westmoreland running game then MC should win by double digits but if MC wins as a Trousdale fan we will welcome MC to the creekbank the next week it’s always a great game between TC and MC
