Oak Ridge Wildcats 2017 - 2018

I have been following  Oak Ridge boys and girls basketball teams just not keeping things up to date on here. No real reason other than I've gotten lazy.

I WILL do better because like Sweet says, the players deserve a better fan following.. Good to see RW supporting the Cats and best of luck to her Rebels.

Thanks Willie. It was a great game. If OR makes their foul shots I think it could have been a different outcome.

A finally healthy Booker dropped in 23, Levert Smith 12, Marcus Smith 11, Johnson 10 and Thomas also was in double figures. OR is 8 - 0 in district with a game with Powell this Thursday.

Oak Ridge defeats Powell tonight 67 - 57. The win is Oak Ridge's 71 straight District 3-AAA victory.

Oak Ridge defeats Anderson County tonight by a score of 72 - 60. Seth Caldwell led the team with 24 points. OR is now 10 - 0 in District 3-AAA. The Cats have now won 72 straight district games

Tuesday the Cougars of Campbell County come a calling.

Good win tonight. Kind of a trap game after that tough game last night against Powell. I figured AC would have a legit chance to beat us coming off that tough win and then going on the road to AC to play them, but we pulled it out pretty handily. Good win.

Hoping to see Oak Ridge back in the state finals this year. It would be nice to see the women and men from OR in the finals. And that is a real possibility.
