cherokee23
This is what I’ve heard on the offensive stats..... QB #3 - 463 passing yards, 7 TD’s WR #23- 241 receiving yards, 4 TD’s WR #4- 141 receiving yards, 2 TD’s WR #26- 1 receiving TD, not sure on yardage but the TD was around 60-70 yards Just want to say that when the defense gets rolling (did better tonight than last Friday), this team WILL be absolutely scary!! Wow is all I can say about that performance tonight. Everyone played great . We need to be on the pickle juice every day to get over this cramping issue. Big numbers on the Hanley/Willis and Hanley/Riddle connections. Edited August 25, 2018 by OldKee Stats updated while posting

Bryce was 11-21 also...the passing game tonight put up what I would call, video game numbers.

Ill agree 100%...man he had a ballgame last night...you can tell he worked hard in the off season.....his speed and everything is insane compared to last year....and Bryce was flat out putting the ball on the money.....great game and was glad to see what we came out fired up and ready.....defense still needs a little work with the arm tackling......cak had great lines on both sides of the ball and had a great qb

He saw first hand where he was as a WR and what he needs to work on. After 3 sessions of hard work and wishing he could go work with the “A” group of invites/recruits Dabo gave a speech with the theme “Bloom where you are planted”. Said God gave him that speech while he was jogging the bleachers that morning. He stopped near the top of Death Valley looked down and saw a weed growing which seemed impossible since that section was nothing but concrete in air that high up. But that little weed was thriving where the good Lord put it so Dabo translated that to football. That message resonated in Holden and that was what he did. He worked hard in the group he was in and bloomed. Enough so that Dabo took notice and sent a Clemson WR down to pull him over to group A and he spent day 3 of camp running routes with the likes of 2020 Clemson recruits Dazalin Worsham (Bama commit), Julian Fleming (no. 1 PA undecided), and Eddie Williams (Phoenix City, AL). QB slinging ball to him was 2020 recruit offered 5 star DJ Uiagalelei from St. John Bosco in Bellflower, CA. That exposure and experience working with those guys and the Clemson staff and players like WRs Amari Rodgers & Tee Higgins and QBs K Bryant and Trevor Lawrence was absolutely priceless. He held his own and won some battles against the top DB recruits there. He walked away with confidence yet humbled because he still has work to do but will return next summer a year older, faster & stronger. This past summer he turned 16 and grew up and set goals! 1

Kid is a good ballplayer and sounds like he's a good kid all around. It sounds like he's willing to put in the hard work and has a couple of good parents behind him.
