HCBigRed
Lets get this started. Clarksville High visits Henry County at Patriot Stadium. Being that Sorry Daisy and Oak Ridge both lost I would imagine NE would be ranked 3rd, Henry County 4th, Clarksville High 5th. Its potential for two top 5 teams facing off next week. Two undefeated teams both looking very good. Its going to be a playoff like atmosphere!!! If you cant get up for this game something is wrong!!! Kevin38
This should be a good one, I am slightly favoring HC, but this is one of the better Clarksville teams I have seen, wouldn't surprise me if they somehow escaped Paris with a win..... TheCommissioner
This is a top game in the Mid-State. CHS has a lot of high level skill players and Big Red is always, always loaded. Play off type atmosphere and the tailgating will be full force. Wish I could make this one. I am thinking a low scoring game with both teams in the 20's
MSURacer
Two good teams will be on display in this one. Home field advantage + recent history obviously favors Henry County, but as Alcoa showed last night, recent history and 75 cents will get you a print copy of the USA Today. I'm anticipating a pretty good game here. We need a good week of practice and to bring the hammer next Friday. Let's get it!
MSURacer
Here's some more history: The Henry County-Clarksville rivalry, though not continuous, dates back to 1972, which technically makes it our oldest. The two schools have met on the football field 36 times, with Henry County holding a 23-13 series lead. Henry County's 13 losses to Clarksville are more than it has against anyone except Dickson County (17) and the now-defunct Jackson Central-Merry (19). Further, it was actually Clarksville who dominated the early years of the series, winning 8 of the first 12 match ups. It wasn't until the mid-1980's that the series began to turn in Henry County's favor, as HC holds a 19-5 edge since 1984. Go Big Red! JacketLover
I think Henry County wins by at least 10. I just don't think CHS can win in Paris.
Oldguy1027
Could be the first of two meeting this year? Maybe. I think that it could be a very good game but I would have to give HC the edge at home. Always a great place to play at HC (not to mention the fried bologna sandwich). I think CHS could be third in the region this year at 8-2, looking to make a run in the postseason.

Oldguy1027
I don't think Northeast loses a regular season game 10-0 HC only loss is at Northeast 9-1 CHS's 2 losses are to HC and Northeast 8-2 The last playoff spot goes to Northwest - Their QB is legit IMO. Now that I have said that - Let the upsets begin - HA
