PiRaTe._.MiKe Posted September 22, 2018 Report Share Posted September 22, 2018 DL is very sound and the the QB puts it where his guys can catch it. We got very lucky with some crucial turnovers, but our Defense played kept us in the game. We couldn’t get much going on offense due to a very good DL team. It did seem DL had 8-9 guys in the box all night. Good test. Midway through the season so we can’t say our youth anymore. LethalAttack Posted September 22, 2018 Report Share Posted September 22, 2018 Good game pirates. Win is a win. Give LA credit defensively, they held us at bay throughout the game. Pirates were pretty lucky considering LA turned the ball over inside there own 5. I hate to say it the loss is coming sooner rather that later if we can't find a chemistry in the passing game. I believe so but they haven't been in many high scoring affairs. I will say the Ensworth score this year is quite impressive. Ensworth only beat that team 14-6.
