Only loss was in OT against an LC team that was highly talked about before the season! If the QB doesn’t slightly overthrow a wide open back with tics left in the game they are 5-0! They have handled the business they needed to now just win 1 or 2 of the next 3 and they are in business

I’m happy for Gibson County this year.  I’m glad they’ve had the taste for the success, and I hope they keep building a quality program.  With all that being said,  Peabody will do just fine next week.

So with G.C coming in at a stout 5 and 1 with solid Wins against "decent" teams it's time to pull out the measuring stick!!!! Starting to see some Bandwagon fans for GC only one or two post ever,well I guess they would be Covered Wagons for GC! Like the  lyrical genius Eminem said "Snap back to reality" Yep there will be big heaping stanky piles of trash talk available all week for yall GC fellas! At least you'll have a great band show at the half !!!! RTR

What’s the average size of your  line ?  From what I can tell in video we may be a bit bigger than you guys.  I think the main mismatch in this game will be Peabody’s speed. I think we are quite a bit faster overall than you guys.

Not sure on average size of line... I will say several of these guys have gotten a lot better with technique and drive off of the ball since last year. Same lineman, but different fight than last season.

You may have a few guys who are fast, but my guess is they aren’t much faster than the RB from West Carroll. He was quick, but never really got a chance to break away. He broke one good run, but was caught.

If you were to ask me what our weaknesses are, I couldn’t tell you honestly. We are balanced across the field, and I think that is what is ultimately allowing our team to have some success. We will see how good we are after this game next Friday based on the outcome of this game...

Personally, I feel like Peabody is, and has been, the favorite to win 2A this year... It will be interesting to see how our guys respond!
