When Riverside came out and went up 17-0, I kept saying, "We're going to need a lot more when they get to clicking." I was referring to the Tiger's slow start over at Huntingdon, when ya'll got down 2

That #8 did some work on defense tonight! Riverside played a perfect game according to the refs and still lost by almost double their score....11 flags to 1. Way to keep your heads straight tigers. Panthers did surprise me with their early start, got some great potential, region 5 is gonna be in trouble come post season

I did say ya were favored by 3 tds lol. Good game waverly ya beat us straight up. I admit I still wasn't comfortable up 17-0 but still allowed a little hope or what if creep into my head. The second quarter crushed that lol. Wow every year that offense always amazes me more. Good luck rest of the way

Just got home from the game. My team lost the game and I lost the race home. Proud of the Panthers. Played Waverly a good game for 3 full quarters. Waverly had a few too many athletes for us. It's going to be cold in November having to go back to Waverly again. Got to meet #11 for Waverly after the game. He seems like a very nice young man. Hoping he goes on to the next level and does well. He sure can pass better than I've seen on the 2A 3A level.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
