The Ebb and Flow of enrollment is exactly why I feel they should reclassify every 2 years. The enrollment figures are there for a reason, to be fair to ALL involved. To be fair, reclassify every 2 years and it gives schools a chance to compete and it keeps teams from being able to play in a class that is far below their current enrollment.
