I would think he will play. The Pirates always get Gordy’s best game. I’m sure this year will be no different.

I've listened to a couple of yalls games the last couple years.  Givens has been a workhorse. That's another reason why I find it hard to believe he won't play. I for one hope he's able to suit up and play.

You should have sat him maybe?

He's a workhorse that has to be fed the ball. If he's able to go just a little then yall won't be sitting him out in this one.

Unless you think this game is a gimme and you're saving him for that Red Tiger.

To be honest, I'm surprised he's been as durable as he has been. Up until this year, there were several games where he had over 40 carries.

We've been able to spread the ball around a little more this year, but some of those other players will need to greatly step it up Friday.

I remember listening to a game of yalls last year and his name was called on every single play except for 3-4 times. It may have been the Clay County game last year.
