Why did yall not run Lassiter out of town after that loss. Much MORE TALENT than Beech at that time! BUT the tables have turned in Beech's favor now (athletically speaking)! What is latest? NO TALK = NO GOOD CANDIDATES?

Greatone, I think you played for Lassiter, correct? Key IMO "most recent staff"! Becker doesnt talk like any changes will be made and that is what concerns me as much as who the new HEAD coach is!

A head coach that has a great philosophy can improve the assistant coaches. I’m sure whenever the new HC is hired they will look over everything that is done in the program. From offseason programs to individual drills in practice. If they don’t then that is more on the HC than the assistants.

You have to believe everything will change.  A head coach will want his stamp on things and not what the past has been.  I personally do not want a coach that is not for changing things up.
