Well,you can't lose what we will from a talent standpoint and not take a step or two back.Thats not to say everyone else won't take a couple steps back and we won't compete for another title.Anything is possible but a team like this year doesn't come around very often.

Very good team coming back next year. I think if they stay healthy they will definitely be in the conversation come the end if the season. Plus if they can beat Elizabethton playoffs should be at home till cookville

I’d hate to see what y’all are bringing back. I must say I’ve been around HS football a long time and seen some great great teams, but the team this year was at the top of the list. Anytime a team can down and goes on to go 42-0 unanswered is pretty darn impressive!

One thing that the youth has is... SPEED! Some of the JV skill kids can flat out fly!

But the ones on the sidelines could start most places thier were just playing behind major talent

I've heard this too. The Stevenson kid that is a freshman may give him a run for his money though. He will remind a lot of Greeneville faithful of a Willie Carmichael. If he can develop over the offseason, may be a good idea to keep Iezzi as a WR threat since the Devils will be losing two to the ACC.

There are definitely some good players ready to step up and make their mark as the next Greene Devil superstars.
