Y'all got it all wrong... all the private guys have to have a rotation playing Mr. Howell... BPM, PP, and myself will have to do our best to figure out Gilligan, The Skipper, and the headhunter chief... none of us are qualified to be the professor, so Mr. Football can handle the smart guy role (he already made a good argument anyway). Errbody knows you private guys all roll like the Howells anyway.

I'm confident that we'll get back to a high level soon enough, but we're just not there yet. Unless I'm surprised, sometime this season the kids will get on the same page and begin to trust that if they'll just do their job, that everyone else will too... it gets simpler and easier for them then. Pretty confident that you folks will find a way to be someone for the big dogs to be wary of before season winds down too... y'all always do!
