You're probably right on the head accurate BigEd, but lets just let our mind wander a little... Union City and Adamsville just may be good enough to only one lose to the other, then one of them "get lucky" against Trenton... that's two chances for a good team to upset the favorites and cause either a three way tie, or an outright second place finish for the Tide. Hmmm... I think that's even happened before in that region.

Your right as usual. And Peabody has shown just last year they can get caught with their pants down. It is a weird region. Any team can beat anyone on any given Friday night. Heck don’t count out Mckenzie. They were the ones who beat Peabody two years ago to throw the region upside down. Coach Comer might pull something out.

Oh Vandy it won’t be as crazy. Little ole TCA won’t be there to muddy things up. It will be pretty clear cut. Peabody, UC, Adamsville then Mckenzie. Hope you guys shock some folks this year.

I agree but I think the Ville will be in second place. You just never know with this region. I’m sure going to miss TCA. I’m going to make a game down there for sure. Then I also got to wear a gosh darn Trenton shirt to one of their games.

Yall don’t mind me I just act like a big spoon sometimes

No, I'm only half right and you most likely were spot on. Trenton looks to be the class of the region and head and shoulders above just about everyone in Tn. (save three or four teams),  but because there are other teams in the region that stand a decent chance of finishing with 1 or 0 region losses (other than the Peabody game), that one "pants down" game could matter significantly. Same could be said of many other regions across the state. In the end I doubt that it would matter much if it played out badly for them, it only matters for seeding, and they (barring the wheels coming off) will probably be heavily favored against anyone in the other region.

I think that’s when we play Camden for the

Battle Of The Bridge Trophy

From what I have read Milan is going to be tough so it should be a great game. I’m trying to figure out which one to go too.

    • And that needs to go, Charter ,private ,magnet, city and any school that operates differently than pure public schools should be separated. What really needs to be done is address urban and rural. About all the usual powers have access to several kids from other schools period.
    • Sad deal. Hate it. So the coach that kicked her off is now fired??
    • Slightly off topic from a gender standpoint but just observed several boys volleyball games in the Knoxville area for a short spring season. The guys seemed to have a great time. There were several club players on each team but several football, basketball and tennis players involved. Knoxville Catholic, Maryville, Heritage, Knoxville West maybe William Blount had teams. Thanks to Coach Brent Carter from Knoxville Catholic/K2 for getting it together. I’m sure the coaches involved got several laughs trying to coach guys that really had no idea what they were talking about but pretty athletic and competitive. Catholic’s best basketball player told the coach he had played a lot of 2:3 and 1:3:1 but never a 3:3 LOL Maybe it will catch on with some more schools next year.
