I think McEwen probably has the best team they have had in a looonnnnggggg time. Maybe most complete and senior heavy team. With that, and Waverly losing the 3 headed monsters to graduation and a coaching change, they feel their team has the edge on Waverly. I mean, I don’t blame them for thinking that. Looking at McEwen on film they have some decent players and the line is BIG. I think McEwen will probably hang around like an unwanted stench in the air for the first half. But I believe the second half will be when the Tigers hurt the Warriors hopes and dreams. Let’s be honest, the big boys will get tired, they don’t have depth, and they don’t have the coaches. McEwen has what? One coach? The rest are rent-a-coaches? I just don’t see it going in McEwens favor. Glad this game is happening though. Good for the community. See all you Humphrey Co folk tomorrow night! Go Tigers!
