Trousdale at Watertown, region title?

Yellowjackets visit Watertown for what should be the region championship game, H20 is coming off a 32-14 loss to 4A Nolensville and Trousdale is coming off a thrashing of bye. Should be a good game and fun week, always a lot of chatter between these two!

I don't think we have to worry about them looking ahead on the schedule. This is the region championship and by far the toughest game they will have until the playoffs.

This is no doubt the region championship. I’m hoping Watertown can learn from Nolensville and come into this game with a chip on their shoulder. Should be a hard fought contest with trousdale coming in rested after a bye. I just wish this game was at the end of the season so we could see both teams at peak performance.

I agree with you honestly everyone else in the region is battling for 3rd. The region is very top-heavy and it forces H2O and TC to schedule bigger schools just to be tested which results in both teams being banged up when playoffs start. I can't wait for TC to leave this region and I'm sure most H2O fans feel the same about the region. This will be measuring stick game both teams will have a clear picture of where they are at come 10 pm on Friday night.

I will be happy too. But at least we do not have Pickett County or RBS celina or monterey any longer.

Isn't it looking very likely that we drop back down to 1A next cycle? And would be playing RBS, Monterey, Pickett County etc. again

Yes and I hate playing in that region . The only bright spot is playing SP in playoffs. I like that rivalry.
