I agree it will be a tough game at South Greene but Rockwood has been playing some good ball the last 4 weeks. Got some players healthy that was banged up at the beginning of the year. Rockwood is battled tested they lost to some good teams this year. Sweetwater, Oliver Spring, Kingston, Meigs & Oneida

Fellers, weather in these parts will be MISERABLE Friday...Night temp of 23 after a day of rain/snow. Will be about unbearable in Roan Mtn and I'd expect SG to be just as bad with the winds that always blow thru there. The grounds gonna hurt!

Just "being" at S Greene is the tuff part....It's just a difficult place to play

Could easily be lopsided win in South Greenes favor, but this could possibly be the best first round game between our two regions as well. I think it will be close.

I expect a close game. Roan mt is frozen over this morning.  My stove hasn't cut off in 2 days and bucks are running does through the fields!

Rockwood will have better than ave chance to win this game.They usually play their best ball this time of year.Rockwood has alot of size and they move well.Got a couple backs that play hard also.Rockwood has 1 loss to region 1 and that was 2016 to a HV team.Im thinking Hampton is the only one that comes out standing.

5-5 team beats a 9-1 team that's definitely something to take notice of. Not something that normally happens. Preps has South Greene ahead of Rockwood in rankings easily.

 

Sonny gives the edge to South Greene at home by 2 points. Very close in comparison with Sonn's ratings like half a point .45 in Rockwoods favor I believe. At a neutral field It would show Rockwood winning. Should be a barn burner.
