After 2 years, we’d like to welcome the folks from Carter County back to Decatur!

Just hope if that happens you don’t repay our hospitality from the last time we played each other in Decatur many many years ago.

Na.... If it happens, It'll be a brutal contest and all will go their own way when it's done....Just like the last two times you all were here for sub-state games

We cant score on the road. We barely score enough at home. I wouldnt be surprised if we don't get shut out. 35-7 final would be a moral victory here IMO

When I look at our 2019 regular season the first 4 games really told the story on us. We won our first 3 home games against teams who all finished with a #1 seed in their respective regions ( cloudland , Hampton and Chuckey Doak) Those are 3 solid teams. Then we went on the road and got blown out by Unicoi 35-0 and never really punched back. That was our season in a nut shell we won close games at home with defense but never got on track on offense and the defense can't carry us every night.

Those were quality wins!  Won’t hurt my feelings if they play like the last few instead of the first few games.

Should have posted more, could have talked about it. Alot of chatter on the playoff 2A regions 1 & 2 thread as well. Should take part.

Yeah I've been lurking in there. I don't think anybody wants to talk about the inevitable. There for a minute they almost had me scared of Hampton.
