LOL, its hid in the vehicle you see parked on the side of the road. It is actually an occupied vehicle but they just snap your pic just like a unmanned camera. If you see someone parked on the side of the road, SLOW DOWN! I let someone drive my vehicle a while back and they got one in Henry as well, them tickets are good fire starters!
