I will be looking for Crockett to get the upset in this contest. 

I know that Haywood is the favorite but coach Ward is a special coach and will find a way to at least keep this game close and or win it.

This Covington fan is pulling for Haywood. I expect the Tomcats to ride out of Alamo the same way Santa Anna left the original Alamo. Victorious.

This should be a very, very good game. Don't know what to think about Crockett County putting up 70 on Millington, is the offense running that well right now or is Millington's defense that suspect. Either way, I'll take Crockett in an upset!

Millington’s record was deceiving. They are in a district with them finishing the regular season 8-2

fayette ware 7-3

craigmont 2-8

bolton 1-9

 

millington’s schedule was fairly easy as well. Not taking away from Crockett, they put up 70 but also gave up 35

One of Millington's losses came to Ripley 10-0 who only finished 6-6 , who Crockett County beat once and Haywood beat twice. I would say that Region 7 is a lot stronger this year than Region 8. That being said I will take Haywood in a close game. Both these teams are well coached and it should be a war.
