2A State Championship Meigs vs Peabody

I'd really like to put up a list of things that PB should be concerned about with the Tigers but I'm having trouble getting started.

I’m concerned about the pass but we do have a gentleman that’s fourth in the state with 7 ints this year and others have 4 as well. But still defending the pass is my worry.

I am curious if Mr Swafford runs the edge well he is huge and fast and I have seen him run folks over up the gut.

The pass will sneak up on you. Nothing special. You'll need to move people up to help stop the run and then surprise.

It's not that he is that fast or hard hitting he is just stronger than most.  Don't get me wrong he has great feet and hips but he runs through a lot of tackles.

Since the Mr. Football award only has 1 winner per class, wonder if this is the first time two winners will appear in the same game?

Back in the day of the lineman being separate from backs I saw a lineman winner and a back winner on the same team.

I may be wrong, I just think we have a good enough defense to make him not want to run it much. I guarantee after the first quarter weaknesses for both teams will be exposed if there are any. If there is a 2 score difference for either team at the half I doubt that team recovers. What ya think.
