Greeneville has looked good recently....against sub par competition. Pump the brakes on Greeneville though. You don't want to be DB and think you are world beaters after winning against mediocre teams

The AC QB's start seeing INT's everywhere when AC plays the Greene Devils.  In the last 3 playoff games AC has thrown 8 total picks to 2 passing TD's.  Thats should get Mav's In flights stirred up

Hey BVD good to here your doing well ! Yes we lay and yes we wait. All eyes are on this game. Well unfortunate he can't get into the Letterman's jacket. Arms too big ! LOL... THIS IS A BIG GAME FOR MAVS TOO! There is a lot at stake on this game outcome. This is the big test in 4A as far as I am concerned. This game will either separate the boys from the men or it will establish there is still 3 headed dragon in the east and what the hierarchy is. I am keeping this mouth shut as apparently it's been smashed shut over the years by Greeneville. I believe this is the Year it finally heals.

Greenville only giving Betsy 200 tickets so I’d say no go on tickets.  Wjhl tried to come in a stream the game but they turned that down as well.  Only way to view is to pay the 10 dollars on Greenevilles page which they get all the money for it.  Kudos to Greeneville for getting that money and making it hard on visitors.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
