I would hate for a team to get shut down and have to forfeit a game because of the the cooty virus and not have a chance to compete to advance...

In a different wording. I do not want to see a team sitting at home that feels like they could have beaten a team that advanced ahead of them due to a covid forfeit.

I could’ve worded much better. I apologize. My context is in regards to regular season.

This will be Crockett's first loss in region play this season. It will move their record to 2-1 in the region with a big game looming against Dyersburg once the Cavaliers come out of quarantine.

Dyersburg maybe having a good season, but you can never count out Ward at Crockett. I think it will be a close hard fought game with whoever's defense makes the most plays.
