Cookeville schedule changes again.  Riverdale out and Lebanon in.  I like it that we aren't playing cupcakes.  Both coaches want to play tough out of conference schedules.  Fun to watch and you will know where you are early in the season.  Learn and grow.

Lady Panthers take care of business against Oak Ridge with a score of 82-67.

Lady Cavs head down I40 and take down (9-1) Lebanon tonight.  Good win for the Lady Cavs.  Lots of things to improve on but that was a solid team and a good win.  Cookeville led almost wire to wire.  Sloppy game but Lady Cavs defense decided the game.

Lady Cavs defeat Knox Webb tonight 62-37.   Cavs shot really well and played lock down defense.  They played very well and the score isn’t reflective of how well they played.  It could have been as high as they wanted it to be.  Starters came out halfway through 3rd.  
 

Knox Catholic up next Friday night.  Followed by undefeated Sevier County on Monday..

Lady Cavs squeak by Knox Catholic 45-40.  It was a poor shooting night for the Cavs but they played tough D all night.  KC took a 4-2 lead early in the 1st and never led again.   Next up is the Smoky Mountain Classic with a first round matchup with a very good and undefeated Sevier County team.

I agree and really hate it for all the Bradley County/Cleveland teams.  Hopefully they will open your season back up soon.  Lots of rumors about our schools possibly being shut down too.  Our schools are closed for Christmas break for the next couple weeks so I doubt they do anything until after holidays.   Right now teams all over are scrambling trying to get in as many games as possible.

We can’t even scramble to practice now...let alone games.  Glad you guys are getting to play.  Hopefully we can use that as ammo for our argument.

Hopefully all teams in our District are streaming games. No fans allowed to attend games as of today.

Cookeville takes down previously undefeated Sevier County 47-30 in Smoky Mountain Classic.  SC played really slow the first half so it was a very low scoring game.  Too many weapons for Cookeville.  They cruise to an easy win.
