No way Ingle doesn’t beat Lipscomb handily if they play again. Special team errors, turnovers, and uncharacteristic less than normal play won’t happen again.

Well CPA won but NOT handily.  I think these two teams could play 10 times and the winner would always be the team who gets the ball first or scores first.  Two evenly matched teams with drastically different styles.  Frankly, I’m glad I got to watch a much more exciting brand of football all year vs. watching ,maybe, the most boring offense in High School football.  Congrats to CPA.  See you in basketball season.

Come now @LetsGoToWork... Congratulations in two threads with a side of snark?  10 years, 10 semifinal games, 6 championship games, 3 championships. It’s been very exciting for some of us to watch.

78 versus 28 plays from the line of scrimmage, 72 of them rushing... Definitely exciting to some of us.

Lipscomb has some really good players returning. I’m happy CPA has a very good local rival now. Next year should be another fun season.

Congratulations to CPA on bringing home the Gold Ball.  Great season and a great program.  After playing you guys twice last year I was disappointed when our season opener against you got cancelled, as we assumed you'd be the favorites to win it all this year.  Was hoping we'd have a chance to meet in the playoffs, but alas it wasn't in the cards.

Also congratulations to Lipscomb on a great season.  One heck of a run and one heck of a program being built.
