Wow.  smh. Can 't let players dictate what positions they will play or won't play.  In my day we played wherever the coach needed us to play and if we weren't willing to do that we were told to turn in our gear.  But then again we could put our leather helmets in our back pocket. lol

I agree, but you know and I know that was more than likely what went down. Just my opinion, but I could definitely have seen that being the case.

Are you fellow member of the Fossil Gang....where you did what you were told and had two choices?  I'm not from the leather helmer era, but I am from the era of side body blocks to the knees, crack-back blocking, helmet-to-hemet hits, and no mouthpieces....just to name a few.
