If Chuck wins a Region title at Lebanon they may very well erect a statue in his honor. I believe the gate is almost closed on those driving by Lebanon to play at Watertown and other schools which will only help his cause.

If Gentry wanted the job he would apply. If he hasn’t applied he doesn’t want it. Now, if he has applied, he would probably be the front runner.

If a couple of these are hired owl fans will throw whoever is hiring off the Cordell Hull Bridge. Some others would be good hires.

Have you even though about comparing SC salaries and Lebanon salaries?  Much less assistants? And I think he learned from Maynord about coaching in the home town, Why do you think Maynord never went to LA (being a high school hero there) after they came after him many times?  Its a little easier to go home 20-30 miles away after a game or practice than going to Walmart and having to talk to every little Jimmy's and Joe's mama and daddy about all things football.

It’s not all about the money! And if it is, all the boosters that sit in the stands with all the answers should supplement the staffs salary. We want to win!

How is it you claim to be so in tune with all things is Smith County?  You must work at Bonnell or Grant Cedar Mill and be listening to all that Gville  gossip.

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
