That’s the cool thing before the season starts every team is undefeated. 2a should be fun to keep up with this year.

It will be, The teams that traditionally do well seem to be the ones that have a more difficult schedule throughout the season. A 7-3 team going into playoffs having played a proven schedule is normally hard out.

Yeah and us going 10 and 0 is a stretch, I'm sure we will be underdogs in a few games. Were not even favored to win our region.

Your schedule will make you better for sure this year compared to recent years past. At least that's how I see it.

Kings Academy, and Volunteer, Should really help us prepare for the season.

We play Kings Academy 2nd game. I've heard they have a division 1 caliber Defensive end I believe it was. Let us know how they looked if you would.

Got a 5 star receiver, not sure how good they are as a team but definitely have some talent. I'll let you know how they look.

You need to be challenged for sure but playing the Packers don't make you the packers. That being said, when you have to fight your butt off ,it teaches you how hard you have yo fight to win.

Playing down doesn't make a team better either.

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
