Haywood is # 1, but I'm in agreement with Odom that  2, 3, and 4 are not set yet!

If Milan beats North Side, both Milan and North Side will have 2 region losses. In the unlikely event that Crockett defeats South Gibson, the Hornets would have 3 loses.  In that case  Milan would own the tiebreaker over North Side making Milan 2 , North Side 3, South Gibson 4

If Milan beats North Side and South Gibson beats Crockett.  Milan, North Side, and South Gibson will finish with 3-2 region records.  The first tie breaker is the most  wins.  Depending on the outcome of this week's games, North Side could finish 6-4 or 5-5, Milan could finish 4-5 or 3-6, South Gibson could finish 6-4 or 7-3.  So it does seem possible that South Gibson (with 7 wins) could finish second, North Side third, Milan fourth.

A North Side victory over Milan would avoid the 3 way tie and result in the finish you stated.    1. Haywood  2. North Side  3. South Gibson  4. Milan

I'm definitely not saying that my understanding or explanation is correct.  However, I would think the TSSAA will most likely release playoff probabilities this week.  Maybe that will clear things up for all of us.

Okay, then you’ll be right. I was informed that if North Side were to win last night against South Side, then the Indians would lock up the 2 seed because of the tiebreaker advantage. Not surprising they lost and won’t be surprised if they lose to Milan.

If the Milan team shows up I watched against Hardin County last night, Northside will have there hands full. I think Milan wins this game. Just my opinion anyways.
