Would love get Wendy for 2 reason she good coach and knows most of kids and her daughter quality player to add to already good lineup

Scotts daughter is at Lawrenceburg,o and is Luffman edsisterinlaw,, the program needs a  seasoned coach with experience and sound track record and not a starting point

You don’t think daughter would come w her mother duh - now let me say this I’m not the  person make this decision and don’t know for sure if any have applied

Just like I thought of  Chad Hall but he said he wouldn’t move from Richland so my opinion not much

If my memory serves me correctly, I think Jeremey Jean had went as far as to tell his kids at Forrest that he was leaving for Summertown when they hired Embrey. Think he even put his house on the market back then. Could be wrong, but that was the word 2 years ago. 

He lives in Summertown  lthink still and married to boys coach sister sooooo

The Summertown job will be interesting. I’ve heard the same names that @Jaychapman mentioned earlier. The obvious hire is Jeremy Jean. I believe he lives in the area and was successful at Forrest. But he was the obvious hire three years ago and they passed on him.

Jordyn Hartsfield is back in the area, was a great player and has been an assistant at big program. She doesn’t have a lot of head coaching experience and her husband coaches football at Mt Pleasant, which could be awkward as they’re in Summertown’s district now.

Wendi Scott would be a home run hire. She has a history of success and adding her daughter to Summertown’s roster would make them really good.  Not sure I see it happening as I was told her daughter is really happy at Lawrence County.

Another name I have heard is Krystal Edney, coach at Perry County. She had a couple state tournament runs a few years back.

There will likely be several more applicants. Summertown’s girls don’t know anything other than winning. I suspect that continues with whoever they bring in.

Heard Edney had run some players of at PC  why they had dropped off last couple years - but I’m sure X&O s she knows what she doing

This is more exciting than NFL draft hope we hire right person - Summertown deserves & desires the right person - doesn’t have to be lifetime hire but one that makes more than 3 year stint

Not impressed with Edney .  Helton could be a win from Perry Boys

Summertown I hope gets a good coach. They do deserve a quality coach. One of the best programs in the state.
