Yeah he is a player. I remember when y’all won it. If I am not mistaken you beat GC either in Region or substate like 3-2. Lexington your neighbor looks to have girls softball figured out.

I had to go back and check and it was 5-4 over GC... I remember sweating it out the entire game, y'all were a tough out! Lexington has the program rolling right now, and will be very good again next season, with a great shot to repeat. I'm proud of those young ladies, they're usually in the hunt and finally got over the hump.

Didn't speak with anyone myself, but I had supper with one of Evan's HS coaches, who said that he was told Evan should be better soon... no word on the ailment.

I just was made aware of the comments abt. an hour ago, and there's already information going around here that the source has already "outed" a player at LSU and another at Auburn, to which there was no validity either. Hopefully this gets put to bed proper and soon.

Congrats to Mr. Russell on owning the all time home run record at the University of Tennessee. With all due respect to Todd Helton, there couldn't be a more fitting young man to hold the record...he gives life to the motto "Vol for life".

OP, ditto! I have really enjoyed watching him play this year. He is a baller. Always good to see a hometown kid do well.

This was sad to see. I am sure the announcer did not do it with malicious intent, but dang man, you have to do better.
