I like this Greeneville schedule.Nobody knows how good any team will be from year to year but Greeneville done a great job of getting some teams on the schedule that most years your going to circle as a big game, especially for a school with less then a thousand students.Central,Oak Ridge ,Dobyns Bennett and Morristown West to go along with your region rival Elizabethton. Nice job of trying to get some really good competition on the schedule.

Normally I would agree but this year Central (2-2), Oak Ridge (2-3) and MoWest (3-2) are not that impressive.   However there was no way to know that back when the schedule was made.      This game with DB will be a barn-burner for sure.    Assuming the GREENE makes it past the Tribe the rest of the schedule will be a cakewalk, my guess is Seymour will be the toughest one left.

I know, I know, I know. LOL

you and Waco are fair and insightful fans of the Indians. What are their strengths and how can they take advantage of the Greenies.

To be honest I don't think DB has any strengths that would give them a advantage against Greeneville this year. Their strength is probably the line but their inexperienced there even. From reports sounds like Greeneville has a very good line on both sides of the ball so it will do DB good to play against those guys. If nothing else it will show them that they have work to do.

    • What we have here is an influx of outsiders raining down on the town of Maryville like a swarm of locust trying to change our culture into the same crap they moved away from. I have no issues with anyone coming here but don't bring your politics with you. Most people around here never pay attention to the elections and keep letting the same ole rats and vermin right back in the back door and wonder why things are like they are. The problem at Maryville High is mainly due to letting outsiders get a foothold on control and shove their agenda down everyone's throat. Anyone that leaves there or let's say ranoff are replaced with an outsider with the same mindset. Eventually Maryville High will never be the same as it once was which I'm beginning to believe already but it's only chance of survival are to recruit people that will get in there and reverse the damage that has already happened.
