Actual score is SP 24 McKenzie 21.   

Missed SP by 2 (24-22 =2).   Missed McK by 0  (21-21=0)

Add the two together 2+0 = 2.   Therefore (-2) is the differential.

 

**Notice Sum1 predicted score of McKenzie 28  SP 21.   Same formula.

Actual score was McK 21-SP 24.   

Missed McK by 7 (28-21=7)  Missed SP by 3  (24-21 =3).
