Is Haywood not Historically a good team?

They have had up and down stretches. But this is really a hard topic to discuss without set parameters. Are we talking wins, championships, championship appearances, etc.?  That would change a lot for me. Peabody, Milan and Union City all have 4 good balls. Milan has 10 gold and silver total.  Covington has been to the championship 6 or 7 times. USJ has been 7 times. Lots of factors to consider here.

Historically lots of football played before the playoffs began!

I wouldn't put Peabody on a historical list really.   What they have done in the past 8-10 years has been phenomenal but historically they are an average team.

Trenton actually has a richer history in football than you might think.  Yes the 80s/90s/early 2000’s was a mediocre period for them.  But during the 40’s/50’s/60’s/70’s they were very successful.  Before the John Tucker years in Milan, Trenton had the far superior record of the two as well (obviously that changed up until the last 10 years). And adding what they have done lately, yes they should be on the list.
