SP dealt logically when a head coach left on a Monday morning 4 games into season and coaching only 1 game and jamboree. It saved the season and brought home a Gold Ball.  I will take that logic over yours any day of the week.

Obviously the co-head coaches worked out great for them this year, but surely they can't pay both of them head coaching salaries.

They can pay whatever the board approves...or, they could combine one head coach and one assistant coach supplement and split the total between the two.

"Co" Coaches should be "Co"Coaches of the year.Why single out one from the other.They both put in their work.If I was giving it to only one it would be to the defensive Coach because the "D" won that Gold ball.
