Their head football coach is making 60,000 a year.

Hardly call that underpaid.

In a county with little to no tax revenue, the head football coach, who is in his late 20's, makes more than every employee in their school system except Principals,and 2-3 people at central office. 

Explain to me what I don't understand.

His salary is 60, and he received a pretty sizeable stipend on top of that.  Show me how much Smith, Macon, Westmoreland, FCS coaches are making?

The point is, for the system he's is the highest paid non Principal non DOS employee.  They cheap out everywhere but Head Coach.

Their mens and womens head basketball coach makes 20,000 less per year than him.

Don't feel sorry for BS.  He's getting paid to do very little.  He'd tell you so himself.
