Never to early to start the conversation guys!

This is how I got the playoffs first round turning out.

#1. Huntingdon vs #4. Waverly

#2. Riverside vs #3. Mount Pleasant

#1. Loretto vs #4. Peabody

#2. Lewis vs #3. Milan

I think Loretto, Huntingdon, and the River Rats will roll to an easy victory but I think Lewis County running game will give Milan a hard time.

So many different scenarios and the bracket could look nothing like how I got it.

Anybody wanna chime in?

If Huntingdon, Riverside, Loretto and Hohenwald all win, what will round two look like and, who plays at home?

Top offenses

Huntingdon 40.8 ppg

Riverside 40.5 ppg

Lorretto 37.6 ppg

Lewis County 37.3 ppg

Milan 36.7 ppg

Waverly 34.8 ppg

Mt Pleasant 33.0 ppg

Peabody 21.9 ppg

Top Defenses

Lewis County 11.4 ppg

Huntingdon 13.2 ppg

Riverside 16.7 ppg

Lorretto 19.7 ppg

Milan 20.9 ppg

Mt Pleasant 21.3 ppg

Waverly 26.9 ppg

Peabody 34.2 ppg

Some observations

I spent the last couple of days watching games and imo Lewis County is the best overall team from Region 5. Fast on offense and fundamentally sound on defense. Loretto is the most dangerous team offensively. Tidwell and those receivers are bad men. Brown QB from MP is most dangerous player in R5 followed by Stanfield from Waverly. Waverly Qb has a missile launcher. All 4 playoff teams from R5 look solid. 7 of the 8 playoff teams in R5 and R6 run the same type of spread offense with Huntingdon being the outlier. I believe the regions split 1st rd games 2-2 with home teams winning.

I would overall agree with you on your region 5 assessment.

What offense does Huntington run? I haven’t seen them play, but they’ve put up some impressive scores this year.
