Rd 1 Mt Pleasant @ Riverside

This matchup is the one I least wanted preseason for the Panthers because Mt Pleasant does things that Riverside doesn’t do so well but in the end I think riverside scores at will and runs away with it in the 2nd half.

Mt. Pleasant is a great team this year and was 0:29 away from winning a region championship last night.  They are a mystery this week.  They could either use that heartbreaking loss as motivation to make a run in the playoffs.  They could also allow that dejection from last night's loss to haunt them and come out flat against a very good Riverside team.

My gut tells me that Riverside wins this one with ease. Especially after the beat down they just put on Milan. I say Riverside wins by 3+ scores.

I don't think they put up half that on Riverside. I see Riverside winning something like 41-14.
