It’s still strange to me why the previous staff didn’t try to develop the 6-9 kid earlier. Both he and his 6-6 classmate are kids that you are lucky to get in high school. An example of some coaches thinking their coaching is more important than the talent they have.

The new staff has done a great job with the players they have. The game with WB will be a big hoops game in the county and district. Anybody recall the last time LA lost to Murvil in basketball? It seems like it has been lopsided for a while now.

Govs have won 3 out of the last 4.  Maryville did get them once last year.  Friday's game should be a good one.
