I was talking about this with someone the other day about how if McKenzie would have played the starters last year, and this year, all four quarters, the numbers would be off the charts. Last year, our starters probably played in 5 games total before the play offs started.

So is Schlicht. Cam had tommy john surgery in the spring of his junior year so he was limited to just defense that year. White is good not taken anything away from him. I feel bad for the Mullins kid he put up big numbers against everyone.

Mullins from Lake County should have been a no brainer. I get that West TN doesn't always get the necessary media coverage, but stats speak for themselves and this kid should have been a lock. Unbelievable how big of a miss this is, but hey I guess it happens.

If he played the same schedule as Moore County and Cornersville his stats would be even better. Imagine if Lake Countys Mullins had played one of those teams schedule he would have 3000 yards rushing by now.

I agree.Hoping Schlicht wins but for some reason it just seems players from West Tenn doesn't get the recognition.

At least been nominated.Geez 250 yards against Dresden About 160 against undefeated And bigger school Dyersburg.About same yardage against Central.150 yards against Union City in a half.Knowing he was basically all LC has and keyed on.Played on every down,offense,defense,special teams But congrats to all the others.Knrw Mullins wouldn't have won but sure should been in conversation as far as nominations

I really believe Mullins could had 3000 yards and he still wouldn't been nominated.
