Huntingdon vs Milan 2nd round playoffs

The Mustangs are hitting in all cylinders. They are going to be a tough matchup for anyone right now. Milan played their tails off against Lewis Co, but lost big to Riverside in the last regular season game. Milan just doesn’t seem consistent from game to game. I hope their high was last week and is on the down slope.

If Huntingdon wins the coin toss I would take the ball and hopefully score. and put the pressure on Milan from start.

Mustangs are just really good at what they do. 1st quarter is the key to the game. Milan has to start off hot and get some 3 and outs in 1st half. Huntingdon typically chokes in playoffs but Milan does as well so flip a coin in this one. I’m just keeping it real

The key for Huntingdon always is a strong start. Keep the lead or stay within 1 possession, and we're right where we want to be. Get down by 2 or more scores and we're in trouble. Not built for making comebacks.

Yeah but it would be more tough on them for you guys to grind out first drive score then most of first quarter be gone

Can't run a typical defense against Huntingdon and win unless you have a d line and three LBs that are far, far better than the Huntingdon o line.  Gotta do things he ain't expecting.  d line can't sit there like sitting ducks.  Gotta move around a bit pre-snap and attack spots along the line at the snap.

I guess he thinks if he keeps it close in the first half he can set the tone the second. Last week Waverly deferred to the 2nd half and it doesn’t matter if you are down by 40. I think Peabody did it too.
