What is going on at the other side of Black Oak Ridge. I have been hearing that this job was going to be announced since last Friday and nothing. Heard a couple of college guys have been rumored for it and turned it down. Heard some other guys were after money that Knox County cannot do. I don't know what to believe at this point. Is there an end in sight?

The good folks at carols market say that LMAOc is headed to fountain city. The fans of duck pond high can look forward to a coach that makes baseless claims on coach t and tries to fight his own team’s parents.

Well that settles it. Now we can all just concentrate on catching some carp out of the duck pond.

Sometime you just have to brave the elements and unpopular aspects of the job ahead of you and make a decision that's best instead of delaying the inevitable.

Most definitely, I wouldn't be surprised if they had tabbed a couple people for the job and they couldn't get it to work out instead of looking at the applications in front of them which most likely have found jobs or at least the good ones.

Central football coach decision makers think they are hiring a coach for Maryville or Oakland. They need a young energetic coach who will inspire kids to stay in zone at Central. Too many of the guys they want just trying to squeeze some extra $$$   Make a decision

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
