White Co has consistently had one of the best rosters in the state regardless of class, it’s a shame that the staff has failed to capitalize year after year. The squad they had this year was legit, and they had plenty of kids to rotate in. No way they shouldn’t have been stacking chips..

I figure it looks a lot like this year.  Upperman and White Co will be state title contenders.  Livingston and Cumberland will be dangerous, but not as good as Upperman and White.  Not sure what Stone loses but they will be competitive.  DeKalb will be below average.
