Barber from Cleveland is already getting compared to Gerald Riggs. Riggs is now playing at UT and was and All-American if I am not mistaking. Some coaches say Barber is bigger and maybe a little quicker.

Barber isn't as good as Riggs was, and he isn't even the best in the state. Jackson from Central is the cream of the crop in Tennessee, with Levonte Barber running a close second.

I don't know if being like Riggs is a good thing. He is doing nothing at UT. Jake Nunley Coffee County is one of the best I've seen in a long time and I've been involved in High School football for 20 years.

CHS 4 Life...I know its still to early to compare, but how does Nunley stack up against Chris Elam? 2 different offenses so the comparison may not be too easy to do.

Ain't no way to compare all the running backs in the state fairly but ya'll can add Cody Cook from McKenzie to the list. He was 2A All State RB last year as a sophomore and is on track again this season. Won't go into a lot of details yet but, he should prove himself again this season in 2A.

i would have to say michael davenport for chattanooga central. 6 td's and over 200 yards in one game against ooltewah. michael is definetely the best

barrelboy youre misinforming these people... Davenport had a big game against Ooltewah but it was 150 and 6 td's and when you get teh ball 3 times inside the Opposing teams 10 yard line adn your QB can't throw at all you better score with your TB, but on subject... Clevelands Levonte Barber
