WrestleSBA
Has Barnett certified for 145? soms 825406476 Soms, I could be wrong but I think Barnett has not certified yet. The majority of region 8 and West DII will be certifying tomorrow morning. I could be wrong and he could have already done it though. xtrmx
does anyone have news on the certification that happened this weekend? 825409605 News? It happened! News? Depends on many items. Great news for many 215's is they could go 171, will they? Did anyone not get their cake and ice cream too? That will be part of the season till the end. Also I think all of our potential heavyweights were told they could all make 189!!!!! ( now that I would like to see )

best_of_the_west
All that build up and speculation for nothing. What is the date of the G'town pre-season? Who did well over the summer? I think Ridgeway has the most balanced line-up. Collierville and Houston might need to shift around to get better match-ups. Houston did this all last year with Borneman, Fryman, Wright, etc. I think if a team can put 2 or 3 successful freshman on the mat, that's a huge plus. Who are the up-and-comers this year? CoachBray
Ferguson will be back at 189 for Ridgeway after dislocating his shoulder last year. He hit the weights HARD all summer as did Ben Scott. These two guys are going to be HUGE for their weight classes.
dragon12
I heard Austin Packer will be out this season due to a lacrosse injury last season. I think the best improved will be Brett Rogers because he is in the football program and finally is getting a good weight-lifting routine in. Look for him to be bigger and stronger.
