ambiguousrock
You have no idea what you are talking about, Riverdale plays possession soccer, first of all we played them twice this year and secondly I have watch them over the past three years. Coach Arman does not play that way. Obviously you don't know what possession soccer is. Because they are a kick and run team, nothing more. They've gotten this far because they are in a simply weak region.

That's pretty week to say, I guess the regions we play and then got pass state are week as well since Riverdale this year and Blackman last year beat those region winners. I think a lot of players would disagree with you. Let's not make it personal on here. I just disagreed with you about Riverdale being a kick and run and since I have watch them a lot more than you, I felt that my opinion was more concrete. Actually the goals that Riverdale have scored since region and districts have started were mostly through balls from the midfield, only a couple here adn there were long balls, which indicates possession. You'll just have to see Wed for yourself, because your opinion does count, because maybe you did see them early in the year and that's what they did, I am not one discount anyone's opinion. Heck I might be eating crow after Wed night, but that's okay.

marques14
I am sure Farrugut is a very good team, you don't have a record like that and not be a good team, but they sure have allowed a lot of goals this year, and I think personally that defense wins games in soccer, which is why you see 2-1 games or 1-0 games once you get to the state level. We'll see, I think it's going to be a great game, no matter who wins. Yes they have allowed a lot of goals but that is because they played the hardest schedule in the state. frommy
i think the same thing will happen to riverdale that happened to blackman last year only it'll happen a round earlier. they went in thinking they had such a great defense, but when they finally faced one of the top offenses in the state, they couldn't handle it. for all i know riverdale could be the best hs team in the world because i haven't seen them play, but judging by the past teams in that area, they won't be able to keep up with farragut. Tin-Man
Why do you say that they/we have week region, because you can't get out of yours? well according to eurosportscoreboard riverdale's opponents have a record of: 112 wins 116 losses 32 ties that is an overall losing record; any team that plays against teams with consistent losing record has a weak schedule. simple as that. farragut's opponents have a record of: 137 wins 74 losses 33 ties on overall winning record meaning that the teams they play have winning records with the conclusion that those teams are probably better. houston' opponents 125 wins 81 losses 26 ties hendersonville's opponents 156 wins 89 losses 33 ties the list could go on. Wavecup
ambiguousrock Farragut wins 2-1. BlackmanSoccerDad Riverdale 2 - Farragut - 1 Tin-Man 2-1 for Farragut in overtime soccer4life Farragut will give them more than they can handle and take the win by 2-3 goals Wavecup Farragut wins 2-0. Ok, now how many of you have actually seen both teams play, more specifically, play RECENTLY? I have played Riverdale and I know some of Farragut players. Farragut has much better forwards and midfielders. Riverdale might have better defense but not by much.

mjuhb
eurosport didn't factor in out of state teams so the opponents records for riverdale, houston and farragut are wrong my prediction is 0-0(10-9 on pk's) riverdale

mack6
Not a chance!!! IF farragut decides to play the way that they know works, then they SHOULD win the game by a few goals. The games of Wed. to watch will be Hend vs. Houston, and Bearden vs. Brentwood If Bearden pulls through, there is a great possiblity that the East will reclaim the title!!! That is why we play the game!!!!!!! Best of luck to every team in the tourny and they ALL deserve to be there!
ambiguousrock
You guys can ridicule me all you want and pretend you know what you're talking about, but when Farragut wins on Wednesday, hopefully, all of you uneducated folk will just stop talking.
