Farragut didn't tie for region champs. They lost head to head to the region champs. Yeah I know, "this thread is not about Oak Ridge". There is only one region champ each year. You may have had the same record regular season in conference, but there are no ties for region championship.

Well everytime there is a wright up they are the co-regional champs in a article. You better get out there and let them know

BTW- Is there a trophy etc for Regional champ. If Farragut didn't get one then ORidgecat is right but if Farragut was given a award the the orc is wrong.

 

Can someone from the Farragut Team let us know if they were given anything?

im not sure i think farragut wins... but it will be close... farragut losing linebackers, DBs, and DLinemen kind of hurt then... like TJ Ensor, Nick Reveiz and Lee Travis to name a few... their offense is a lil sketchy too.. dont they have a new coach though? i think losing those key players hurt them but they still win

they have a new assist. If they had Alcoas new Coach they might be going for State Championships like there other sports.

well im pumped for the game. i know there will be a bunch of farragut students leavin at 4 to go tailgate at central. cant wait till 7:30pm tomorrow.

 

question for rigger... are you in the booster club for farragut football? and have you seen the football stadium today? what do you think of it.

Hey Rigger, you can give the team a trophy if you want to but I think winning head to head twice pretty much tells everybody which team was the real region champ. Anyway, good luck tonite v Central, do the region proud.

I hate to break to everyone, but Kirkland is one of the most promising Athletes Central has had in a while. While they have had some great backs and other players. Kirkland is an athlete. Wilson is probably the fastest back they have had in a while. Oh- and don't forget they are both soph. Could be one of the best duo's in Knoxville in the next three years.

Farrauts defense should be strong as last year if they filled the holes left by Nick Reveiz , Lee Travis and a few others.

If the offense can keep the ball the Ads should win in a close game.

I hope Farragut's defense is as "strong as last year". That means we'll be celebrating another Central victory.

Jermaine Kirkland is not a sophmore. He is a senior. They have two sophmore running backs though in Jamie Wilson and Johnny Saah. Saah is more of the quicker back and Jamie is the faster more stronger one.
