This will definately be interesting game. Alcoa has changed a lot especially with their new coach. CAK also has changed with a new defensive line coach and new quarterbacks. I hope both teams play well and that no one gets hurt.

IF CAK Qb from last year is still there ( im not exactly sure what grade he was in last year) Ill say Alcoa by 21....IF hes no longer there...Alcoa by 40

As far as offensive scheming goes, CAK is very good. They will put up some points. I think this will be in the 45-28ish range of a game with Alcoa winning.

I dont see the Alcoa team going big numbers. The nature of the offense has changed with the coach. If they score more than 28 points i will really be surprised. Not that they could not but it will be dictated by play calling. It is hard to score more than 28 points on the ground.

 

The proof will be found next Friday night. As for the other team scoring, i think they will get 7 points. I am sure atleast one lucky play will get thru.

What is wrong with you? Do you have some kind of "beef" with Coach Rankin? He had Alcoa within a couple of bounces of beating Maryville last night. The QB had "deer in the head lights" in the first half. Are you a part of the "fence gang" saying "we should go deep" on every play? You need to get a grasp and be thankful we have a man who is willing to move to Alcoa and make a difference in the young men's lives around Alcoa. He is going to do great things for the commuinty like no other coach has done at the school. Just my honest opinion, and I know a little about the tradition since 3 generations of my family have played for Alcoa, including 2 State Championships and 2 captains!
